This Lunara Psychiatry Privacy Policy describes how Lunara Psychiatric Nursing, Inc. d/b/a Lunara Psychiatry and our subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, “Lunara Psychiatry”, “we”, “us”) collect, use, and disclose information about you. Psychotherapy Notes
