This Lunara Psychiatry California Privacy Notice for Business Customers (“CA Business Privacy Notice”) describes how Lunara Psychiatric Nursing, Inc. d/b/a Lunara Psychiatry and our subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, “Lunara Psychiatry”, “we”, “us”) collect, use, and disclose information from and about those who engage with Lunara Psychiatry in a commercial or business capacity, including mental health care providers (“Providers”) and those that work for or on behalf of health plans (“Plan Representatives”) (collectively, “Business Customers”, “you”, “your”).
